Every force plate.
One clear answer.

Upload a recording from the force plates you already use. Movetrics Cloud tells you what changed, why, and how far to trust it, in plain words for coaches, physios and researchers.

From file to answer in one upload.

No scripts, no spreadsheets, nothing to install. Open a browser, drop in a recording and read the answer.

  1. Drop in a file.

Any CSV, Excel or C3D export. When a layout is new, Movetrics asks once, such as which plate was under the left foot, and remembers it for every recording after.

  2. Every attempt is checked.

Each jump gets its own checks: still before the dip, a clean take-off, a full landing. A doubtful attempt shows its reason on the curve, and one tap keeps it or leaves it out. Nothing is ever deleted.

  3. Read the answer first.

The first line says what changed against this athlete’s own usual, and the next says how sure it is. The curve, each attempt and the method sit underneath for whoever wants them.

What the plates saw that the eye can’t.

Jump tests usually stop at the up-and-down force. When two plates also record horizontal force, every jump’s first page adds two things you can’t see from the side: how long each foot takes to steady after landing, and how hard each foot pushes horizontally on the way up.

Steadying after landing

How long the horizontal force under each foot takes to settle after touch-down.

Left0.61 s
Right0.42 s

Same in all three clean jumps.

Horizontal push

How hard each foot also pushed horizontally on the way up, averaged from the start of the push to take-off. Its size, not its direction.

Left64 N
Right41 N

From the counted jump.

These need two plates that record horizontal force. With vertical force alone, every jump, balance and strength result is still there.

Testing day, sorted before anyone leaves.

Start a session, test the squad and watch the results arrive on one screen. Movetrics groups who needs a look, who still needs a clean jump and who hasn’t been tested yet, each with the reason in one sentence.

  • Their own usual, not a league table. Each athlete is compared with their own last ten sessions. Only changes bigger than twice their normal spread are called out.
  • Live while you test. The team screen updates as each recording lands, on any laptop or tablet.

One long recording, split into parts for you.

Record warm-up, jumps, squats and balance in one go. Movetrics finds where the movement changes, names each part and says when it isn’t sure. Tap Right or Change, then save the jumps as tests of their own.

  • The original is never cut. Each saved part is a new recording over its own stretch of the same file.
  • Found by rules, not guessed.Parts come from fixed rules on the force under each foot, so the same file always splits the same way.

An AI read that explains, and never judges.

Under each countermovement jump, a few sentences say what stands out and point at the evidence. More tests follow. Every number in them comes from the measurement, never from the model, and it never gives a health verdict.

Read by AIAlex jumped higher than usual and left the ground sooner, so the extra height came from a quicker push, not a deeper dip. Landing looked as usual.

Every comparison is with the athlete’s own history, so a number never hides behind a population average.

It describes movement.

The method travels with the result.

Each number carries how it was measured and which engine version made it, so it can be checked and cited.

Good questions, straight answers.

Will it work with my force plate?

Very likely. If your software exports CSV, TSV, Excel or C3D, Movetrics can read it: one plate or two, vertical force only or all six axes. When a file layout is new, it asks once and remembers. Tell us your system when you apply and we’ll check an export with you.

Do I need Movetrics hardware?

No. Movetrics Cloud works with the force plates you already have. If you use a Movetrics FDT, you can also record straight into Chrome.

What does it cost?

Nothing while the beta runs. Everything you upload stays yours and can be exported at any time.

Who can see my recordings?

Only the people you invite to your workspace, in the role you give them. Athletes or parents you invite see their own results and nothing else.

Is it a medical device?

No. Movetrics describes movement for coaching, rehabilitation teams, teaching and research. It doesn’t diagnose, predict injury or clear anyone to return to sport. Please only upload recordings you’re allowed to use.

How does the AI read work, and where does it run?

It’s off until a workspace owner switches it on. Reads use Anthropic’s Claude models, which process the request in the US. Athletes’ names are replaced with codes first, every number comes from Movetrics’ own measurement, and your recordings aren’t used to train AI models.

Can I leave and take everything with me?

Yes. Download your original files, exports and reports at any time, then delete your account in your account settings.

My system isn’t listed. Can I still apply?

Yes, please do. Tell us what you use and we’ll check an export with you before your workspace opens.
